We are now able to offer support through your computer's Internet connection. It allows us to see and control your computer from our office.
When you click on one of the links below, it will ask you to run or save a file. Select Run and it will automatically initiate a connection to that Support Technician's machine.
Please note that this is not a permanent installation and no changes are made to your computer. Once the remote session has ended the software will automatically close.
You need to call RCS NZ first so we can expect to control your machine and know what you need help with.
